Cancellation Policy

Private Lessons Policy Full payment is required to reserve a private lesson. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients may reschedule one time when proper notice is given. The rescheduled lesson must take place within 90 days of the original lesson date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will forfeit the lesson payment. Clients receive a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. After 15 minutes, the lesson will be canceled and considered a no-show. Late arrivals do not extend the lesson. The session will still end at its originally scheduled time. No-call/no-shows are non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled, and forfeit the full payment. If Queens in Training Cancels Queens in Training must provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. The client may reschedule using a full credit valid for 90 days from the canceled lesson date. If Queens in Training cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client may choose: A full refund, requested within 30 calendar days; or A full credit valid for 90 days, with priority scheduling for the replacement lesson. If Queens in Training is more than 15 minutes late without contacting the client, it will be treated as a no-call/no-show. The client may choose: A full refund; or A full credit valid for 90 days, plus priority scheduling.
