Cancellation Policy

Group Classes & Workshops Student Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class may transfer their payment to another class within 90 days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, or no-shows, will forfeit their payment. Queens in Training Cancellations If Queens in Training must cancel a class and provides less than 24 hours' notice, participants may choose one of the following: A full refund, requested within 30 days of the canceled class. A full class credit, valid for 90 days from the canceled class date. If a refund is not requested within 30 days, the payment will automatically remain as a 90-day class credit. Cash Policy: If you are paying in cash, you can only register paying cash with a no show twice before you are only allowed to do pre-registration.
